Constants

The pop-up constants keypad provides 48 fundamental constants. Physical constant values are taken from the most recent CODATA release.

The last row contains all of the basic constants for quick entry: acceleration of gravity, speed of light, Avogadro constant, Planck constant, Boltzmann and Stefan Boltzmann constants, astronomical unit, gravitational constant, elementary charge, molar gas constant, and the permittivity and permeability of vacuum.

Also included are elementary particle properties, mathematical constants, Josephson constants, von Klitzing constants and other physics, chemistry, and engineering constants.

The constants include their metric units. No matter what units you use in your expressions, the constant units will be converted appropriately if necessary. The constant units can be turned off in the settings if desired.
